How do I cancel or change an order?

You may request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of ordering. Your order can be returned for a full refund after you receive the item. However, return shipping will be your responsibility.

What happens if I do not receive my order?

Orders not received within 30 days after shipping are eligible for a full refund.

Do you ship worldwide?

When will I receive my refund?
